Winter garden ROBUST
The ROBUST winter garden is assembled from extruded aluminum profiles of our own production and of the highest quality, which are treated with powder paint in our own powder paint shop. The construction is designed for loads from 150 kg to 300 kg depending on the lenght of the truss. The distance between the supporting profiles in the roof is between 650mm and 750mm.
The roof of the winter garden can contain various fillings, such as safety glass, tubular polycarbonate or insulating glasses which ensure thermal comfort even in colder weather. We supply several types of frameless and framed perimeter glazing of our own production. The winter garden can be anchored to the wall of the house or stand alone. The ROBUST construction allows us to produce various atypical shapes of winter gardens, for example U-shaped, L-shaped, or a corner winter garden with saddle roof.

Construction of the ROBUST winter garden
The profiles are designed in such a way that not only the statics but also the design is preserved. The distance between the supporting profiles in the roof is between 650 mm and 750 mm due to the increase in static load. The structure is designed for loads from 150 to 300 kg, depending on the length of the truss. The pergola is anchored to the wall of the house or freestanding. We will custom make different shapes for you so that our winter gardens fit perfectly with your house. In addition to the classic slanted pergola, we produce atypical roof shapes such as U, L, corner pergola or saddle.
Types of ROBUST winter garden construction
When the width is over 4500 mm, the pergola includes 3 front columns. The system offers the possibility of reinforcing the gutter profile to maintain maximum comfort without a central column above 4500mm. For heavier loads, stainless steel plates for heavier loads are part of the reinforcement.
ROBUST winter garden glazing
Several glazing systems with different fillings are available for winter garden glazing. Frameless systems that provide an unobstructed view of the garden are popular. For high demands on insulation properties, we recommend the ROBUST system.
